Title:
after installing updates for OpenSSL there is no advice to reboot the
  PC

Status in “openssl” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
There where a lot of updates for OpenSSL in the last weeks and every time there is a instruction in the USN to reboot the PC - like here:
  http://www.ubuntu.com/usn/usn-2232-3/

"To update your system, please follow these instructions:
  https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Security/Upgrades.

After a standard system update you need to reboot your computer to make all
  the necessary changes."

But in the indicator on the panel is no advice to reboot the PC for safety reasons.
I'm not shure if this is a problem of OpenSSL or the indicator plugin from XFCE4 itself - but the reboot advice should be pop up in every desktop installation to sensibilize the user about the security risk.
