Title:
Install hangs when "setting up primary installation repository"

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
Installation of the standard Breezy 5.10 i386 release on an AMD XP2400 (Shuttle
  SK43G barebones PC).

Installation goes fine up until it is configuring apt, at which point it hangs
when "Setting Up Primary Installation Repository". The progress bar stays at 25%
indefinately (I have left it going for a few hours).

This is totally reproduceable - I get the same results every time with both
Ubuntu and Kubuntu. I have used the same Ubuntu CD on a different PC, so the
burn is fine. Previous Hoary installation on the same PC that is having problems
  worked fine.

This problem has been reported quite a few times on the forums, so thought I
would post a bug so it gets squashed before drake: -
