  The paquet update-manager is not curently installed (?).
  I am now trying to install it manually and restart kubuntu-devel-release-upgrade.
  
  EDIT : Install it does not help.
- I know try to edit the file /etc/apt/sources.list (and others) and replace "precise" by "trusty". I moved all files in sources.list.d.
