Bug description:
  Ubuntu Desktop 12.04.5 (20140805.3)

  ubiquity-dm crashes in OEM mode

  TEST CASE:
  1. Boot Ubuntu Desktop 12.04.5
  2. Press 'space' to display the boot menu
  3. Press F4, select OEM installation then validate with 'Enter'
  4. Select 'Install Ubuntu' and 'Enter'
  5. Wait until installation starts

  EXPECTED RESULT
  Installer starts

  ACTUAL RESULT
  It crashes
