  New

Bug description:
  As of 14.04 the read builtin seemingly ignores -t if -e is provided.

  In 13.10,

  $ time read -t2 -e -p "? "
  ? 
  real	0m2.000s
  user	0m0.000s
  sys	0m0.000s

  In 14.04,

  $ time read -t2 -e -p "? "
  ? ^C
  real	0m5.254s
  user	0m0.000s
  sys	0m0.000s
