  lshw needs DDR3 support

Status in “lshw” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  lshw currently assumes memory described by device-tree is DDR2, which
  makes assumptions invalid for DDR3.

  Specifically, it is unable to detect ecc and spd capabilities.
