wget and curl do exist. But I cannot directly wget a URL returned by
pastebinit. That will only download the HTML page where the paste is
shown. The page for showing the paste in raw form which is downloadable
using wget or curl differs from service to service and it will be good
if pastebinit supports it for its supported services.

Bug description:
  It is very helpful to have a url of a pastebin item and download it to
  a file, which is the opposite of what pastebinit does.
