[Bug 1351654] [NEW] The release upgrade process (command: sudo update-manager -d) doesn't work

The error message is:

An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade.

This can be caused by:
* Upgrading to a pre-release version of Ubuntu
* Running the current pre-release version of Ubuntu
* Unofficial software packages not provided by Ubuntu

I have upgraded my xubuntu before use the command

sudo update-manager -d
