Title:
oem-config doesnt run on boot when kdm installed

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
When I install Ubuntu using the oem install and I replace unity with
kde-standard I run oem-config to initiate the oem-config setup fronend
on reboot. I reboot the computer and it goes to kdm and logs me in
with the oem user and it does not prompt me to configure the
  computer.

I have replaced lightdm with kdm and I have installed ubiquity-
frontend-kde as well as oem-config-kde and all their dependinces.

  I am using Ubuntu 13.04

I have also used the oem-config-wait.conf file mentioned in #1007285
however it shows the setup but on rebooting the system hangs on
'Blocks all display managers util oem-config have finished'
