I think you need to be an IT expert to use Ubuntu otherwise when it goes wrong which seems to be extremely frequently, you have no idea how to solve it and the help is no help.
I have used Ubuntu previously but never had all these problems before.
I suppose I will have to return to the dreaded Widows, at least it worked.

Bug description:
  My previous version UBuntu 13:10 was full of errors, I could not laod Synaptic or Goggle Chrome, it continuously crashes, freezes and gives me error messages.
  I am not convesant with all the buzz words. Often help messages are just as unintelligble as the problem.
  I hoped that 14:04 would solve these continuous problems but so far it is worse, Icannot even load it. I have now bought two new SSD Hard Drives because Ubuntu keeps failing. I am fed up with it!
