It appears that you have multiple disks and attempted to install grub to
sda, and ubuntu on another disk, but sda is partitioned using gpt, but
has no bios_grub partition.  You either need to create a 1 mb bios_grub
partition on sda, or install grub to another disk ( and have your bios
boot from that disk ).
