Thanks for your report.
You have several packages from the Point Cloud PPA
(https://launchpad.net/~v-launchpad-jochen-sprickerhof-de/+archive/pcl)
that depend on version of packages in 13.04 or 13.10 not available in
14.04.
One way to upgrade is to remove these 3rd party packages before the
upgrade and reinstall them afterwards. I'm closing this report because
it is not a bug in Ubuntu.
