Title:
spotweb failed during full Kubuntu update "subprocess installed post-
installation script returned error exit status 1"

Status in “ubuntu-release-upgrader” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
Well I haven't spelunked in the command line yet, & the happy gui
doesn't say jack squat about what failed, will cat an output later
when I feel like digging into it. So my first complaint, is why isn't
the output included in the error notification routine. grumble.

Why am I angry, well dpkg --configure -a ,,,,, after 12 hours of near
dial up speed upgrade. Yeah I'm a dumbass and should have not done the
  upgrade, Grrrrrrr!!!!!
