Bug description:
  Hello,

  gmp 6.0.0 has ben relicensed to LGPLv3+/GPLv2+ (from LGPLv3+). gmp is
  an indirect reverse dependency of gnutls v3, and the fact that LGPLv3
  is incompatible with GPLv2 has prevented upgrading to gnutls v3 for
  many packages.

  gmp 6 is already available in debian.
