Bug description:

  2014-04-18 04:35:33,683 DEBUG need_server_mode(): run in 'desktop' mode, (because of key deps for 'ubuntu-desktop')

  The above is from the main.log file.   I am upgrading from ubuntu 13.10.  The failure occurred in calculating the changes.
