Please sync gawk 1:4.0.1+dfsg-3 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Update config.{guess,sub} for arm64.
  * Merge from Debian unstable.  Remaining changes:
    - Avoid running the testsuite if DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS contains nocheck.

The above changes have been incorperated in Debian version
1:4.0.1+dfsg-3.

gawk (1:4.0.1+dfsg-3) unstable; urgency=low

  * Simplify invocation of test suite and honour DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=nocheck.
    Closes: #695162.
  * Ensure config.{sub,guess} are updated for new architectures.
    Closes: #714795.
  * Make sure that binaries don't set RPATH.
  * Update to Standards-Version 3.9.5, no changes needed.
