[Bug 1309386] [NEW] System details page report there are updates but update manager shows no update available

Public bug reported:

Go to system settings > details page. On bottom right corner, (checking
for update, install update) button is enable. When i click on this
button, software updater open but showed nothing to upgrade. I have
attached an screenshots.
