Thanks for your report.
You have packages from gnome3 PPA that are holding back Ubuntu packages.
More specifically, ubuntu-session cannot be installed because on gnome-
session-bin 3.10.1-0ubuntu1~saucy1 is installed on your system:
Installing ubuntu-session as Зависит of ubuntu-desktop
MarkInstall ubuntu-session [ amd64 ] < none -> 3.9.90-0ubuntu12 > ( gnome ) FU=0
ubuntu-session:amd64 Зависит on gnome-session-bin [ amd64 ] < 3.10.1-0ubuntu1~saucy1 > ( gnome ) (< 3.10) can't be satisfied!
MarkDelete ubuntu-session [ amd64 ] < none -> 3.9.90-0ubuntu12 > ( gnome ) FU=0
Revert to versions of packages from the official Ubuntu archive and try the upgrade again. I'm closing this report because it is not a bug in Ubuntu.
