Sorry for not analysing this before now ...

-- trusty/main build deps on libdb5.1-dev:
python-bsddb3
-- trusty/universe amd64 deps on db5.1-util:
db-upgrade-util [all]
-- trusty/universe i386 deps on db5.1-util:
db-upgrade-util [all]
-- trusty/universe arm64 deps on db5.1-util:
db-upgrade-util [all]
-- trusty/universe armhf deps on db5.1-util:
db-upgrade-util [all]
-- trusty/universe powerpc deps on db5.1-util:
db-upgrade-util [all]
-- trusty/universe ppc64el deps on db5.1-util:
db-upgrade-util [all]

python-bsddb3 is a false positive here (arch-specific for an
architecture not in Ubuntu), but db-upgrade-util seems real.

** Changed in: db (Ubuntu)
