[Bug 1308141] [NEW] server install trying to mount ext4 partition as vfat on /boot/efi

Public bug reported:

System: Mac mini

I repartitioned the single drive to a single partition. I then put an
ext4 filesystem on that partition. Using the trusty-server-amd64 iso
dd'd onto a flash drive as my install medium.

I select the "use entire drive" options. Confirm everything and tell it
to write the partition table to the drive. It appears to do that and
then I get a dialog that the installer is unable to mount a vfat
partition to /boot/efi. If I mkfs.fat the first partition and go
through that again it mounts correctly and works.

** Affects: debian-installer (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Incomplete
