It was changed because ubuntu-desktop is a binary metapackage provided
by the ubuntu-meta source package. For future reference considering
using 'ubuntu-bug -w' in a terminal to report a bug if you don't know
the package.

** Package changed: ubuntu-meta (Ubuntu) => unity-control-center
(Ubuntu)

** Changed in: unity-control-center (Ubuntu)
       Status: Incomplete => New
