  Error wiping USB stick: UDisks2.Error.Failed: Error synchronizing
  after initial wipe: Timed out waiting for object

Status in “usb-creator” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  My earlier bug #1307622 was a duplicate of bug #1300361, ie. my USB
  stick did not have a partition table.

  With (DOS) partition table in use, I'm getting the following error
  instead when trying to wipe the USB stick:
