  ureadahead slows down my Ubuntu 13.10

Bug description:
  Hi,

  I've noticed my Ubuntu 13.10 began to boot very slowly (it takes
  almost a minute to boot) so I searched around for possible fixes for
  my issue and ended up on this page: http://ubuntuguide.net/howto-fix-
  ureadahead-problem-after-upgrading-to-ubuntu-10-04 which suggested to
  create 3 bootchart images along with the ureadahead dump file, which
  I'll attach to this report.

  I apologize in advance if my issue appears not to be related to
  ureadahead, but I've noticed in one of those bootchart images (I think
  it's the 3rd one) that ureadahead takes a lot of time during the boot,
  so it just might be an issue, I don't know.
