  /etc/update-motd.d/91-release-upgrade failure due to bad quoting

Status in “ubuntu-release-upgrader” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  After todays upgrade trusty is no longer in development according to
  "lsb_release -sd". Therefore the script /etc/update-motd.d/91-release-
  upgrade fails due to bad quoting.  The attached patch fixes the
  problem.
