Bug description:
  Binary package hint: partman-base

When preseeding, some preseed entries are required to be in the same
locale as was selected for debian-installer/locale. This makes it
extremely difficult to support multiple language installs. The entries
  in question are:

  d-i partman-auto/init_automatically_partition \
select Guided - use the largest continuous free space

  d-i partman-auto/choose_recipe \
select All files in one partition (recommended for new users)
