  [Feature Request] OEM config language selection should have hover text

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: oem-config

  When you hover (with mouse) over the language string, say English, an
  appropriate consistent message like "Click here to make your system
  language default to English" should appear. This message will need to
  be translated to all of the listed languages on that screen as the
  user could hover over any language string of his choice.
