This bug report is about a package (steam-launcher) that is not in the
official Ubuntu archive, but rather available via apps.ubuntu.com. The
developers of the steam-launcher package, not Ubuntu developers, will
need to take of the issue - which appears to be an invalid dependency on
jockey-common.
