  [Text Entry] Missing English input in Simplified and Traditional
  Chinese default enviroment

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged

Bug description:
  English input source is missing from Traditional Chinese and
  Simplified Chinese 14.04 default environment.

  This cause a problem that user have to add back English input source
  manually for each fresh installation.

  It's been verified in Japanese and Korean environment does not have
  this issue.
