[Bug 1304702] [NEW] update-manager fails because of postgresql-server-dev-9.1

Public bug reported:

After removing the package, it works.

The cause of the problem was found by fetching the log output using
"ubuntu-bug ubuntu-release-upgrader-core" but I think it's problematic
that none of the upgrading tools show the cause of the problem when it's
known...
