[Bug 1303012] [NEW] btrfs: cannot choose subvolume layout

Public bug reported:

btrfs support on the installer is not very advanced as I could see but the default subvolume layout may need a bit more love.
Currently there is @ and @home, but it would make sense to create a few more subvolumes by default like for /usr and /var for example. Even better would be that one could choose the subvolume layout when selecting btrfs as the filesystem for /

** Affects: ubiquity (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
