  cannot shutdown/suspend/restart from the GUI after latest libpam-
  systemd update

Status in “systemd” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Hi

  On two different computers, the first one upgraded two weeks ago to
  Trusty and the second one updated today after a Saucy fresh install,
  the suspend/login/restart features are disabled again from the GUI.

  Tests done :
  When launching gdbus, error is :
  julien at pcathlon64:~$ gdbus call -y -d org.freedesktop.login1 -o /org/freedesktop/login1 -m org.freedesktop.login1.Manager.CanReboot
  Erreur : GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.Spawn.ExecFailed: Cannot launch daemon, file not found or permissions invalid

  When trying to reboot :
  julien at pcathlon64:~$ gdbus call -y -d org.freedesktop.login1 -o /org/freedesktop/login1 -m org.freedesktop.login1.Manager.Reboot true
  Erreur : GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.Spawn.ExecFailed: Cannot launch daemon, file not found or permissions invalid

  However I got a new error :
  administrateur at pcathlon64:~$  sudo /lib/systemd/systemd-logind
  [sudo] password for administrateur: 
  (null):error.c:319: Assertion failed in nih_error_get: context_stack != NULL

  The two computers are using Kubuntu/AMD64.
