Title:
  manual install second partition BOOM

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
This happens repeatedly. Slightly better if I first go to try Kubuntu
and then install from there. Some times I can manually set up two
partitions, then I continue the install and change /etc/fstab later.
At times though I crash on the second partition which is /home.

I rarely get this crash report!

I did do the check of the disk and that was good. Also I have run
memtest for over an hour without an error.

This happens with Kubunti 13.?? also but I don't believe that I ever
  got the bug reporter.

This is Kubuntu 14.04 LTS, at least that is what shows on thhe "test"
  screen.
