Title:
[Kubuntu] Cant install GRUB2 to partition instead of MBR

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: ubiquity

Using the (Kubuntu) 10.04 Beta2 install cd, on the last step when
pressing advanced to install grub to a partition rather than the MBR,
there is nothing in the list to choose from, other than the actual
disk (/dev/sda in my case), while i need to install to /dev/sda3. This
is particularly important in my case since i use a GPT partition table
  (i'm using a mac).
