Are you able to reproduce this on 12.04 or 13.10?

Title:
wrong displaying formt of time displaying in installation on
kubuntu-10.04-beta2-desktop-i386
Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
Binary package hint: ubiquity
I am testing kubuntu-10.04-beta2-desktop.iso for traditional Chinese
language today.
First, I Choose 中文(繁體) then begin to install kubuntu on my virtualbox.
When it comes to check if the time zone is right or not, the time
displaying is QUITE ODD just like using the wrong charset or locale.
Please see the attachment for details.
So I try to choose English first to begin the installation, then
select 繁體中文 to switch to traditional Chinese. BINGO! The time
displaying turn to right!
Hope this bug can be fixed before 10.04 LTS is released! Thanks in
advance!
