Bug description:
  this bug appened when i connected my ubuntu 13.10 (runnin g on a mac book pro early 2011) to my thunderbolt display.
  in the meintime don't know if related .. i was adding a bluethout mouse.

  at boot ubuntu detected the display and it was working properly until
  the crash.
