The first two of these are irrelevant, the third is the issue. We do not
support unofficial packages, so any issues encountered there will need
to be brought up with the provider of those packages. Not sure what is
wanted here. Please create a new bug report if you feel there is
something that I missed in looking over this.

Bug description:
  an unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade. this can be caused by: 
  upgrading to a pre-release version of Ubuntu
  running the current pre-release version of Ubuntu
  unofficial software packages not provided by Ubuntu
