Hp Envy m6-1225dx, Insyde bios, Intel i5 dual core 2.6 Ghz, Intel hd
4000 graphics, 750 GB HDD

When attempting to install Ubuntu 13.10 in efi mode and secure boot off,
I get message cannot read hd1 need to load kernel first.

Attempting to dual boot with windows 8 oem image, with gpt partions, 4
visible partitions and one hidden.

>From left to right the partions are:

1.  NTFS GPT 400 GB recovery
2.  Fat 32 Gpt. 260 GB  EFI
3.  Hidden, other GPT MSR 128 GB
4.  NTFS GPT. C drive 600 GB.
5.  100 GB unallocated
