Ubuntu 13.10
This problem happened when creation of a 4GB bootable USB flash-drive was in progress. The process crashed near the end of the process.
Sorry, as I am not a coder, I don't have the knowledge to be more precise. Having read all the othe bug reports, I suspect that it could be related to bug #445766 usb-creator-gtk crashed with SIGSEGV.
