Status in “mdadm” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: mdadm

  Debian's mdadm in the unstable repository is at 3.1.2 whereas
  mavericks mdadm is at 2.7.1-1. Requesting to merge maverick's mdadm
  with the debian's version.
