Title:
libmudflag use is broken in ubuntu gcc

Status in “gcc-defaults” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
Enabling libmudflag is done using the -fmudflap flag. Doing so in Ubuntu with latest 'ubuntu' 4.7.3 results in:
cc1plus: fatal error: mf-runtime.h: No such file or directory

Whoops! Installing libmudflag0 didn't help since it only contains the
library files, not include files that seem to be included in the GCC
  distribution.
