  upgrade-manager man page outdated

Bug description:
  The 'update-manager' man page ('man update-manager') displays options
  which are inconsistent with the usage message ('update-manager -h')
  and with the actual software. For example, the man page mentions
  '--dist-upgrade' which is not in the usage message and is not
  recognized by the software.
