Or just type $(echo -e "\xaa") to crash the program.

  using gnome-terminal, choose any multi-byte coding other than utf-8,
  and type any  multi-byte char, then these:

  Please include the following information with the report:

  command-not-found version: 0.2.44

  It seems that this program never attempt to handle ill formed utf-8
