today i encounter that bug too, now on 13.10 and kernel 3.8.0-30-generic
i add the pakages that depends on selinux to the affected projects, as it should be removed from the dependencies list.
ohad at comp1:~$ aptitude why libselinux1
i xserver-xorg-core Depends libselinux1 (>= 2.0.82)
ohad at comp1:~$ aptitude why libselinux1:i386
i glib-networking:i386 Depends libglib2.0-0:i386 (>= 2.35.8)
i A libglib2.0-0:i386 Depends libselinux1:i386 (>= 1.32)

today i got this error when trying to install something, it say something about selinux library (as far as i know ubuntu do not use selinux at all
12.10, 64 bit

sudo: error while loading shared libraries: libselinux.so.1: failed to map segment from shared object: Permission denied
