  ubiquity title bar glitch during ubuntu desktop install

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  When installing with the daily live saucy desktop image as of
  20130912.

  There is a duplication of menu bars across the top.
  While I can still install, this looks bad and takes up screen space.

  I've reproduced this on a Thinkpad X220 (intel gfx),  Thinkpad T420
  (intel gfx), and an AMD desktop (nvidia gfx).
