Public bug reported:
Using Software Updater to update. Failed to do so correctly.
I guess I'm having a problem with outdated packages that are on here due to installing other software from the Ubuntu Software Center. PSensor, Chromium, GParted, Stellarium, OpenArena and Skype. PSensor is the only one I've actually added the PPA for. I'm a newbie, reading every available moment. I'm in it for the long haul. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. I'm thinking I need to get more familiar with the Terminal commands.
Would installing software replace newer files instead running along side of them? Definitely something I'm not getting.
I'm dual booting Win 7 Ultimate x64 and Ubuntu 13.10 64 bit on a secondary hd.
