Bug description:
  The Ubuntu Error Tracker has been receiving reports about a problem
  regarding ubuntu-release-upgrader.  This problem was most recently
  seen with version 1:0.190.7, the problem page at
  https://errors.ubuntu.com/problem/0dbbd6e02c98205ac3c1933ce9fc3b64577f1e34
  contains more details.

  [Impact]
  check-new-release-gtk crashes during every use for Lubuntu users on Ubuntu 12.10

  [Test Case]
  1) Install Lubuntu 12.10
  2) Boot up the system (alternatively run /usr/lib/ubuntu-release-upgrader/check-new-release-gtk)
  3) Observe a crash regarding check-new-release-gtk and being unable to import WebKit

  [Regression Potential]
  None as we are just adding a dependency
