Title:
Invalid daylight savings time dates for Israel in 2013

Status in “tzdata” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
The tzdata file states that, for 2013, summer time ends on September
  8. However, Israeli law was recently changed, and summer time will in
fact last till October 6 (see Wikipedia:
  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Israel_Summer_Time#Summer_time_start_and_end_dates_2013.E2.80.932018).
As a result, Ubuntu systems in Israel currently have clocks reading
one hour earlier than they should.

This does not seem to be an Ubuntu-specific issue, but instead coming
  from upstream.
