Bug description:
  As of today , the TZ for Morocco has changed to GMT+1.

  Stage 1:
  DST started on 28 april 2012, 02h00 to 9 july 2012, 03h00.

  Stage 2:
  DST started on 8 august 2012, 02h00 to 29 september 2012, 03h00.
