Title:
  Wrong time for Santiago, Chile

Status in “tzdata” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
Santiago de Chile change its time today (Sunday Sep 8th 2013). They
moved to summer time (one hour ahead from what was before).

tzdata does not reflect this changes, and the server I administer it
  is behind one hour.

Reconfiguring tzdata and choosing the city again does NOT solve the
  problem:

       sudo dpkg-reconfigure tzdata

Thanks in advance for taking care of this.
