Title:
Installer disk layout utility does not warn sufficiently before
formatting

Bug description:
Binary package hint: debian-installer
This is a very specific bug related to the manual partitioning
behaviour
- /dev/sda4 is an encrypted ext3 FS
Start the 8.10 alpha 6 installer
- configure /dev/sda2 as ext3 /
- set up /dev/sda4 as ext3 /home (do not check format box)
- proceed with install and /dev/sda4 gets formatted
Restart the 8.10 alpha 6 installer
- set up /dev/sda4 as ext3 /home (do not check format box)
- installer automatically checks format box (presumably because type has changed from unknown -> ext3)
- no immediate warning of impending format
- 'ready to install' page does list that /dev/sda4 will be formatted
On the one hand the installer has done the correct thing as there's no other way to mount an unknown fs on /home
However, this caught me out as I deliberately did not check the format box. I can restore from backup, but others may not be as lucky
I believe that the installer should introduce an *immediate* pop-up warning:
====
Warning!
This partition will be formatted as (insert FS type here) in order to be mounted on (insert mount point here)
